Raspberry&White choc Muffins
125g flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
60g butter
112g caster sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
70ml milk
Raspberries + White chocolates
Preheat oven to 190C
Sieve together flour, salt, baking powder
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add in egg + vanilla extract and mix well
Add flour mixture alternate with milk
Fold in raspberries and white chocolate
Fill cupcake liners to 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 - 30min.
