Best cocoa brownie.

It tastes as good as it looks!
Brownie made from beurre noisette(browned butter)

Adapted from Bon appetit by alice medrich

1 1/4 stick (10tbsp) unsalted butter( try to use a good butter)
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp water
1/2 Tsp sea salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup + 1tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup pecans (or walnuts)

Preheat oven to 175
Line baking pan with paper or foil
In saucepan melt butter and cook till it starts to foam and smell nutty
Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and water
Let mixture cool for 5-10 min
Mix in eggs one at a time, beating quickly each time
Mix in flour and beat well for a few min
Mix in nuts and transfer to baking pan
Bake for 25-30 min or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.
